Graduated from Rollins University with a degree in International Business. Brett has spent the past decade showcasing his proficiency in global procurement, as well as establishing himself in pharmaceutical medical wholesale and national distribution.

Currently operates an incubator in Boca Raton, FL helping select businesses scale providing management, marketing, quality control and legal representation.

In addition to serving as COO for Paramount Sourcing, she is a Project Manager for BRYN LAW GROUP in Miami, FL. Noelle has over three decades of experience in all aspects of business development, management, operation and finance.
